From Tennessee to Alabama. My next step led to a Director role with Troy Athletics. Learning how to better not only myself, but others as a boss has been a huge step for my development as a leader. Throughout my time at Troy I have learned to gain an emphasis on both short form and long form content. Using short form to quickly promote events that are in the future or have already concluded. While long form content is used to tell the entire story and athletic department as a whole.
